Regional Sales Manager – Karnataka (Agrochemicals / Crop Protection)

Experience: 7–10 years
We are looking for a driven sales professional to lead growth and expand distribution across Karnataka. The role involves managing distributor and dealer networks, executing go-to-market strategies, and building strong relationships within the agri-retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve territory targets
- Build and manage distributor and dealer networks
- Execute market development initiatives including retailer engagement and farmer outreach
- Track sales performance and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in agrochemicals / crop protection sales
- Strong understanding of distribution networks and rural market dynamics
- Proven experience in managing channel partners and driving sales growth
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
