- Lead and exceed given in-country annual/quarterly revenue targets.
- Accelerate market growth with total solution offering
- Identifying and acquiring new market and customer segments
- Working closely with local partner Sales and global BD Team, to understand customer requirements and build a compelling total solution value proposition
- Developing a good understanding of the customer needs, solutions, and vertical market
- Through forecast and financial planning
- Develop pipeline through prospecting, cross selling with Partner Sales and Marketing Team
- Aligning with the Country / Regional Sales Leadership
- Own and manage customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle, as well as working with the Bid and Commercial Team on formal customer responses
- Utilization of CRM tool to manage customer contacts, pipeline and opportunities
