The Role
Reporting directly to the Founders, you will drive sales growth across robotics and automation opportunities while helping expand Autobots into new customers, new verticals, and new markets.
This is a hands-on, on-ground commercial role. You will build pipeline, manage key accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and convert customer needs into high-value business opportunities.
This is not a routine sales role. It is an opportunity to grow into broader sales leadership as the company scales.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
- Build, manage, and grow key client accounts
- Own customer conversations from prospecting to closure
- Develop strategic partnerships that expand market access
- Align sales execution with broader business goals
- Track market trends and support data-driven sales decisions
- Contribute to revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term commercial development
The Professional Profile
- Strong sales and sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong account management skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management ability
- Sound analytical judgement and comfort using market insight to shape strategy
- Prior experience in robotics, automation, or industrial automation is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Growth Path
This role is designed for someone who can execute strongly today and grow into a broader sales leadership role over time, with increasing ownership across accounts, strategy, partnerships, and team development.
As we expand, we are also open to speaking with strong people across adjacent commercial roles including business development, partnerships, GTM, key accounts, and industrial solution consulting, where there may be strong alignment.
