Regional Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Ponmar, Chennai (with travel across project locations)
Reporting To: Vice President / Managing Director
Experience Required: 8+ Years

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across our residential plotted development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate sales, team leadership, channel partner management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
• Drive sales performance through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and expansion strategies.
• Organize and oversee project launches, channel partner meets, sales events, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales funnels, conversion ratios, inventory movement, and revenue performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, investors, channel partners, and brokers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and strategic updates for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and documentation processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales.
• At least 2 years in a managerial, regional, or leadership role.
• Strong experience in residential plotted developments preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
