About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, result-driven Sales Manager to lead our market expansion in Chhattisgarh. Based out of our distributor’s office in Raipur, you will play a key role in driving B2B sales, building strong industry relationships, and positioning CSC Audio as a preferred brand in premium projects.
This role goes beyond sales—you will help design and deliver immersive acoustic experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Specification
- Engage with Architects, Interior Designers, and MEP Consultants
- Ensure CSC Audio products are specified in residential and commercial projects
2. B2B Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong networks with Builders and Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
- Develop long-term business partnerships
3. Direct Sales
- Work with HNIs and corporate clients for customized audio solutions
- Drive revenue growth through high-value deal closures
4. Market Expansion
- Identify new opportunities across Chhattisgarh
- Support dealer network and increase market penetration
5. Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with dealer teams for site visits and system designs
- Ensure project execution meets CSC’s quality standards
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales (Pro Audio, AV, Lighting, or Building Materials preferred)
- Strong network with architects/consultants (preferred)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Basic understanding of audio systems or technical sales (preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel
Qualifications
- Graduate (BBA/MBA or any degree in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Additional certifications in marketing/sales are an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 Salary: ₹7,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
- 🎯 Performance-linked incentives (uncapped)
