Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Head (West) based in Pune. The Regional Sales Head will oversee regional sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role includes leading and mentoring the sales team, building strong client partnerships, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The individual will play a pivotal role in scaling growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the region.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong Team Management and Account Management abilities to inspire and lead teams while nurturing client relationships
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decisions
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is preferred)
- Previous experience in the education or skill development sector is an advantage
