Designation : Regional Sales Head – Telugu Region (B2C)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Head to lead and scale our B2C sales operations across the Telugu region. The role involves managing regional performance, leading senior sales teams, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced consumer tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage regional sales operations across Hyderabad & Telangana.
● Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the region.
● Handle and mentor senior sales teams and team leads.
● Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
● Monitor and improve sales funnel metrics, conversions, and productivity.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize performance.
● Ensure strong team performance, hiring, and retention within the region.
Requirements
● 6–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer tech / edtech industry.
● Proven experience in handling regional or senior sales teams.
● Strong exposure to B2C sales environments.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-backed decisions.
● Fluent in Telugu and English.

● Experience in scaling regional markets

● Strong understanding of local market dynamics in the Telugu region
