Head – Regional Sales Head (Project Sales | Sports Infrastructure)📍 Bangalore | 💼 6–12 Years | 💰 Fixed + Performance Incentives
Role OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned sales leader to head our Karnataka business, driving growth in large-scale sports infrastructure and turnkey projects. This role demands strong ownership of revenue, team leadership, and the ability to close high-value institutional deals.
What You’ll Drive- Own and deliver regional sales targets and revenue growth
- Build a strong pipeline of institutional and project-based opportunities
- Lead end-to-end sales execution from lead generation to deal closure and collections
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including institutions, developers, and consultants
- Drive pricing strategy, negotiations, and commercial closures
- Ensure healthy cash flow through advance collections and milestone-based billing
- Establish discipline in pipeline management and CRM tracking
Who You Should Be- 6–12 years of experience in B2B project or turnkey sales
- Proven success in handling high-value deals (₹10L – ₹1Cr+)
- Strong exposure to institutional or enterprise sales environments
- Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, or project stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations
- Leadership experience in handling teams and driving performance
Preferred Industry Exposure- Infrastructure / Construction / Turnkey Projects
- Sports Infrastructure (preferred, not mandatory)
