Role OverviewThe Sales Head – East/ North Region will lead revenue growth initiatives, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships across the Eastern/Northern region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Eastern/ Northern region
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking and market research
- Achieve revenue targets, including new client acquisition and business growth
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients
- Drive growth in the Retail Trading Business segment
Account Management & Client Engagement- Prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations
- Lead negotiations and successfully close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams (production & operations) for seamless execution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
Sales Operations & Reporting- Plan and manage regular client visits and interactions
- Track sales performance and share periodic reports with management
- Ensure effective use of ERP systems and sales tools
Key Requirements- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8–12 years of experience in sales leadership
- Industry experience in Printing, Packaging, Advertising, or related sectors preferred
- Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong experience in P&L management and revenue ownership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
