🚀 We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Head – Institutional Channel (Mutual Funds) with Leading Asset Management Company (AMC)!!!
📍 Location: Mumbai
Are you a seasoned Mutual Fund Sales professional with strong connections among top MFDs? This is your opportunity to join one of India’s fastest-growing, tech-driven AMCs with a differentiated investment philosophy.
💼 Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic leader to expand our Institutional Channel and drive growth across key markets. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling AUM, strengthening partner relationships, and driving strategic initiatives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales strategy to achieve AUM growth and market share
- Build and manage relationships with MFDs, IFAs, and institutional partners
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-potential partners
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement growth strategies
- Strengthen client engagement to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights to senior management
- Engage with key stakeholders including regulators and industry bodies
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Mutual Fund / Asset Management sales
- Proven leadership experience with strong distribution network (MFDs)
- Deep understanding of mutual fund products and regulatory landscape
- Strong communication, relationship management & leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
🎓 Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
📜 Certification: NISM VA (mandatory before joining)
