Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Head, based in Noida. The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, leading a sales team, and developing strategic plans to meet sales targets. They will oversee the end-to-end sales operations, build and manage client relationships, analyze market trends, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals
- Strong background in Account Management and developing lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated Team Management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the BFSI, IT, or Manufacturing sectors is a plus

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Head to lead and expand
our business in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in safety
lifeline systems, fall protection solutions, or industrial safety products, with a proven
track record in B2B sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive regional sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Delhi & surrounding markets
• Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing,
and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and
channel partners
• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations related to lifeline & fall
protection systems
• Coordinate with internal teams (projects, design, operations) for smooth execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Ensure timely collection and customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial/safety product sales
• Strong exposure to lifeline systems, fall arrest systems, PPE, or safety solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environment
• Good network in Delhi NCR industrial & construction sector
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle large accounts and key clients
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and nearby regions (PAN INDIA)
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance (OSHA, IS standards, etc.)
