Role
We are on a high-growth journey and looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Head to build and scale our South India sales operations.
This is not a routine role — we need a leader who can build teams, open markets, and drive serious revenue.
🎯 What You Will Do
- Build and lead sales teams across major South Indian cities
- Drive end-to-end revenue generation across all Maverick products
- Develop dealer & distributor network nationwide
- Acquire key customers:
- Builders & developers
- Schools & institutions
- Sports academies
- Architects & contractors
- Apartment & villa owners
- Create and execute sales strategy, targets, and expansion plans
📊 Performance Expectation
- Drive ₹25 Cr – ₹50 Cr annual revenue (scalable)
- Build a team delivering 15–20X return on sales cost
