Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Regional Sales Head located in South. The Regional Sales Head will oversee regional sales operations, build and maintain client accounts, and ensure sales targets are consistently met. Key responsibilities include formulating and executing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong Account Management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management to lead, mentor, and support a sales team effectively.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, develop strategies, and problem-solve effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in regional sales and leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
Experience related requirements
- Past experience of selling to Auto Electrical, Home appliances and/or transformer industry
- 10+ years of sales experience
Working conditions & Remuneration
- Co-working space, hybrid
- Daily reporting on CRM
- Fixed + Variable pay
- Reimbursement of local and inter-city travel as per company norms
- Salary negotiable as per experience and capability
- Location - Bangalore or Chennai
- Expect travel all over South India
