Job Purpose: The position is based in Hyderabad. The candidate MUST have detailed knowledge of Hyderabad, Telangana and AP markets and worked here for minimum 5 years. The ideal candidate will generate and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Head located in Hyderabad. The Regional Sales Head will oversee and drive sales activities within the assigned region, meet sales targets, and manage client accounts. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align sales objectives with the company’s broader goals.
Qualification:
- Strong IT skills
- Experience in marketing/advertising
- Technical experience of working in a given filed
- Minimum Qualification B.com/similar degree
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in building materials industry
- Previous working experience as a Regional Sales Manager would be preferable
- Having exposure in the manufacturing industry
