Role Description The Regional Sales Head is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration across an assigned region. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies for Catfin’s portfolio of financial products, including business and personal loans, working capital, supply chain finance, and other solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching a regional sales team, setting performance targets, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring strong pipeline management. The Regional Sales Head will build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and referral networks, while working closely with product, risk, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also includes conducting market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and providing regular performance and forecasting reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in financial services or related industries.
Experience in Account Management, including nurturing long-term client relationships and managing key accounts across a region.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and developing high-performing, distributed sales teams.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market opportunities, forecast performance, and make informed strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Good understanding of lending products, credit processes, and the broader financial services ecosystem is highly beneficial.
