We, at Bharti Axa Life Insurance are looking for Circle Head - Bancassurance for Indore position.
Main Purpose of the Job:
To head a Branch Banking Circle/s for Axis Bank channel with complete responsibility of Sales & P&L Management. To manage the assigned Bancassurance partner relationship to achieve business objectives by aligning various functional teams internally at BAXA and externally across the bank. Ability to manage a complex role with strategic inputs to achieve Productivity & Product Mix targets.
The role also ensures focus on various parameters like Team Retention, Talent Management, Cost efficiencies, VONB achievement, revenue and profitability within the legal and regulatory frameworks of banking and insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of the channel strategy and delivery of business targets for the Banca relationship and ensure maximum market share and deeper brand penetration in the assigned zone.
- Plan and execute AOP and strategy to execute the same at Circle level. Regularly meet the Bank TPP team (Circle TPP, Cluster TPP) and Branch Banking Team (Regional Head, Circle Head, Cluster Head, Branch Heads in the span with a view to increase Share of Wallet for BALI. Explore new means of business expansion
- Ensure achievement of desired levels of profitability and business quality for the relationship
- Weekly and monthly review of Product mix and productivity to be ensured at team level. Achieve Targets as per AOP.
- Drive effective channel management
- Daily reviews of the assigned team to be conducted. Sales choreography with focus on Input Management through LMS to be followed.
- Relationship Management with key management of verticals within the bank to improve penetration.
- Meet Bank Regional Head, Circle Head, Cluster Head (Branch Banking & TPP) on a regular basis. Build a strong relationship with the bank SMT in the assigned vertical. Conduct operating plan and governance discussions with the bank regularly.
- Attend Sales Calls and Worksites to build and create a strong architecture for growth and wallet share.
