Reporting In: Show room managers Managers of Arena & Nexa in the respective region

Primary Purpose
The Regional Head - Sales is responsible for leading the overall new car sales strategy for the
Central Kerala region keeping guidelines in the context. He/ She has to drive the Financial and Market share goals of the company which includes the top line and bottom line deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall guidance to the regional sales team for the effective implementation of sales strategy and performance.
- Create and drive strategic business plan ensuring growth in market share & business volumes through demand generation.
- Be the custodian of the overall P & L management of the sales division for the region.
- Drive innovative customer satisfaction/retention programs to delivery greater Customer Delight Index.
- Responsible for all sales related interactions with company wholesale of cars, retail schemes and all other performance related indicators as per the company Balance Score Card norms
- Interaction with various other stake holders like finance & insurance companies to achieve maximum payout retention for the organization and alternative options that addresses customer needs.
- Responsible for all developmental, future visioning of activities related to sales which Includes brand building.
- Analysis of sales revenue, volume, market share etc. of the region to formulate marketing and sales strategies and take appropriate midcourse corrections.
- Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships operations and customer experience.
Desired Profile
Experience and Background: Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with
minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with any leading organization.
Industry: Automobile -Passenger Vehicles
Qualification: Minimum Graduate. MBA or equivalent post-graduation from a leading
business school is Preferred
- Ability to build high performing teams.

- Excellent Analytical skills to evaluate financial and non-financial performance.
- Familiarity with Automobile industry will be an added advantage
