Hiring for Regional Sales Executive -Furniture Hardware
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Executive to drive sales growth and market expansion for our furniture hardware products. The candidate will be responsible for managing dealer networks, developing relationships with distributors, architects, interior designers, modular furniture manufacturers, and ensuring achievement of regional sales targets.
Roles & Responsibility:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Appoint, manage, and support dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Generate new business opportunities in the furniture and interior hardware market.
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, carpenters, contractors, and OEMs.
Conduct regular market visits to identify competitor activities and customer requirements.
Promote product range including hinges, drawer systems, handles, channels, locks, wardrobe fittings, kitchen fittings, etc.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding balances.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for product demonstrations and promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and dealer meets.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure product availability within the region.
