Role Description
This hybrid role, based in Bengaluru, combines on-site and remote work opportunities for a full-time Regional Sales Engineer. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to promote TriboTech India's solutions. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, providing technical support and expertise, demonstrating product capabilities, and identifying customer requirements. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals effectively
- Strong Technical Support skills to troubleshoot and guide clients in product usage and maintenance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to foster relationships and address client needs
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment and willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in the industrial maintenance or inspection field is a plus
