Role: Regional Sales Engineer – Water & Wastewater
Experience: 2+years
Location: Delhi NCR (Primary focus on North Zone; must be willing to take Pan-India responsibility as required)
JD:
- Generate and develop business opportunities for water & wastewater treatment projects.
- Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
- Conduct techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, technical proposals, tender documents, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and execution teams for project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings for project discussions and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities.
- Track sales pipeline, market trends, and competitor activities.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of STP/WTP/ETP systems and wastewater treatment processes.
- Experience in technologies like MBBR, SBR, MBR, RO, and tertiary treatment systems.
- Strong techno-commercial and proposal preparation skills.
- Experience in tender handling, BOQ preparation, and costing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for business requirements.
