Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Director. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, coordinating sales operations, managing a sales team, and fostering relationships with clients. The role will also include strategizing for business development, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including achieving targets and developing sales strategies
- Experience in Customer Service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building
- Team Management skills, including leading, mentoring, and coordinating a team effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Business Development, including identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
- Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the travel or business management industry is an advantage
