Role Description The Regional Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth by identifying and developing new restaurant and hospitality accounts, nurturing existing client relationships, and overseeing the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure. The Regional Sales Director will conduct on-site meetings and product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing regional trends, preparing forecasts and reports, and refining go-to-market strategies for the assigned territory. The role also involves mentoring and guiding regional sales team members, coordinating with marketing for lead campaigns, and representing the company at local industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and closing complex B2B deals.
- Proven Business Development experience in identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding regional presence.
- Customer Service capabilities focused on long-term client relationships, issue resolution, and value-driven account management.
- Team Management experience in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Familiarity with the restaurant, hospitality, or food-tech sector is highly beneficial, along with experience selling technology or SaaS solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, CRM tools, and basic sales analytics to track performance and refine strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
