Job Description
Contribute in Superior Project Delivery by providing necessary inputs related to modern execution practices and resource mobilization to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Project Staffing: Ensure right staffing at sites, monitoring manpower at critical sites, (both workmen and supervisory), developing labour camps to augment the capacity.
- Execution Productivity: Ensure timely release of Work Orders and release / revise standard rates for all trades and implement across projects including deploying modern construction equipment at all sites.
- Skilling: Foreman Cadre building, up-skilling the Project associates with Business handling programs, supervisory training to improve execution skills and workmen training. Productivity programs for Project associates & supervisors. and role adherence training for all FTEs
- Project Associate Profitability: Monitor measuring billing per workmen and PA payout process
- Audits & Safety Practices: Review the monthly invoicing of the contractors/subcontractors. Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors and enforce corrective/improvement measures.
