Position: Regional Manager – Projects
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical preferred)
CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA
Travel: Required across multiple cities
Team Handling: Mandatory
Job Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end infrastructure and electrical projects across multiple locations.
- Manage DG Sets, UPS, Inverters, LT Panels, Transformers, and power backup systems.
- Oversee new site setups, renovations, facility upgrades, and cold chain infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, safety, statutory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead regional teams and drive project performance.
Preferred Profile- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Electrical Maintenance, Facility Management, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and power backup infrastructure.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Facility Management preferred.
- Excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
