Job Title: Assistant / Deputy Program Manager – Consumer ElectronicsCompany: V5 Global Services Pvt. Ltd.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Assistant / Deputy Program Manager with strong experience in the Consumer Electronics industry to manage large-scale promoter programs, retail execution, and client relationships across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as primary POC for clients (Brands / Regional & HO teams)
- Manage end-to-end promoter programs across Modern Trade & Retail stores
- Handle bulk hiring of promoters (ISPs / ISDs) across zones
- Drive sell-in & sell-out targets and ensure sales performance
- Monitor store-level execution, visibility & merchandising standards
- Track daily sales, attendance & app-based reporting systems
- Ensure smooth payroll, incentives & FNF processing for field staff
- Conduct competition tracking & market intelligence (Samsung, LG, etc.)
- Manage and monitor 1000+ field force/promoters
- Ensure strong coordination with internal teams & client stakeholders
Key Requirements- 6–8 years of experience in Consumer Electronics / Retail / Staffing
- Strong experience in promoter management/field force operations
- Experience handling Modern Trade (Croma, Reliance, Vijay Sales, etc.)
- Proven experience in bulk hiring (ISPs / ISDs / promoters)
- Strong understanding of sell-out, retail sales & store execution
- Knowledge of payroll, compliance & attendance systems
- Excellent client handling & stakeholder management skills
Preferred Candidates From- Consumer Electronics Brands (Samsung, LG, Apple, Sony, etc.)
- Retail Chains (Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales)
- Staffing companies handling promoter programs
