Role: Regional Practice Manager – IT Contract Staffing (New Clients Acquisition) –Remote (Well experience professionals in Contract Staffing who wants to return back post sabatical/career break preferred)
Summary:
- Develop Contract Staffing Practice with New Clients & New Revenue
- The role is to acquire new clients for Contract Staffing & Software development across India
- Achieve given targets
- Act as Individual contributor
- Remote role – Full or Part-time
Must Have:
- Set of MNC mid-sized clients for IT Contract Staffing to onboard
- Experience working with IT Staffing Company as a Lead - Client Acquisition & Delivery
- Managing clients & onboarding contract resources
- Hands on experience in Leading IT Contract Staffing Practice
- Hands on experience adding 4 to 5 new MNC Clients per month for IT Contract Staffing & IT Services across different the verticals within India
- Individual contributor role in client acquisition for Contract Staffing & IT Services
- Ready to onboard 5 new clients in 1st month from existing list
- Managing client from onboarding till revenue generation
Job Profile:
- Bring existing MNC clients to our fold for IT & Non IT Contract Staffing, On-demand/Fractional Staffing
- To add min 4 New MNC clients per month for Contract Staffing
- New Revenue from IT/Non IT Contract Staffing On-demand/Fractional Staffing
- by onboarding new resources
- Onboard min. 5 new contract resources per month
- Identify MNC clients for niche skill IT contract hiring
- Expert in Market Research via Email Database till Client onboarding
- Hire & lead team of Jr. Marketing & Recruitment executives/trainees
Candidate's Profile:
- Graduate with min. 4+ Years’ experience in heading Contract Staffing Business – Adding New MNC Clients & onboarding contract resources
- Experience acquiring global MNC Mid-size clients in IT Consulting & Workforce solutions
- Should have existing clients for immediate revenue generation
- Must have lead clients & team for Full-time/part-time Contract Staffing & Perm Hiring
- Should have track record of on-boarding min 5 contract resource per month
- Hands on in adding new clients, leading team in delivery,
- Self- starter professional with proven expertise in adding new clients for Contract Staffing
- Professional who are on sabbatical & wants to return back are welcome for part-time or full-time role
- Must have hands on experience adding min. 4 client per month for contract staffing (IT, Non IT)
- Ready to work from home & shall have own computer at Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Nagpuar
- Ready for Fix + Performance link variable pay option
- Ready to work on target driven assignment
- Can join immediately
- Must have provide experience in adding MNC clients for Contract Staffing (IT & Non IT) across India
- Should have acquired MNC clients across India & International locations
- Experience new client acquisition in – Zoho Products, Outsourced Software Development or Contract Staffing
- Highly competent, self-starter & Goal driven
- Honest, sincere & committed
- Hands on using Linkedin Sales Navigator, Email Marketing /CRM & MS Office
- Hands on in using third party email database with CRM to run campaigns
- Excellent e-mail drafting skills in B2B Marketing
- Ready to work from home – full/part-time
