Location: Rajasthan (Extensive Travel)
Role Summary:
Drive CSB expansion across rural Rajasthan by building strong relationships with government departments, CSR heads, corporates, NGOs, educational institutions, and local influencers. Generate strategic partnerships, facilitate high-level meetings, mobilize CSR funding opportunities, and expand CSB’s rural presence. Similar roles in the development and CSR sector typically emphasize government liaison, stakeholder engagement, rural outreach, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand CSB into rural and semi-urban Rajasthan.
- Build relationships with District Collectors, SDMs, CEOs-Zila Parishad, BDOs, education officials, industry bodies, and local leaders.
- Arrange meetings with corporates for CSR collaborations.
- Identify and secure CSR funding opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with NGOs, trusts, colleges, and government institutions.
- Organize government and community outreach events.
- Achieve monthly partnership, meeting, and funding targets.
Preferred Profile:
- 5+ years in Government Liaison, CSR, Rural Development, Public Affairs, Institutional Sales, or NGO partnerships.
- Strong network across Rajasthan government departments and corporates.
- Proven experience in CSR fundraising or strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
- Results-oriented with a strong execution mindset.
