Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Regional Partner. The Regional Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, job seekers, and academic institutions. Daily tasks include cultivating partnerships, promoting UNIPREP's solutions, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting placement efforts across various regions. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and the ability to drive results.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Partnership Building skills
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives for regional growth
- Knowledge of local markets and networking capabilities in the education and recruitment sectors
- Experience in stakeholder engagement across diverse groups such as businesses, freelancers, and institutions
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment, educational services, or business consulting is advantageous
