We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and lead multiple Funtura operations across Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of multiple Funtura locations across Bangalore.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations across all locations.
- Lead and manage large operational teams across multiple sites.
- Drive customer experience, service quality, and operational excellence.
- Monitor and achieve operational, financial, and business performance targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and overall business performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across locations.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leading entertainment, amusement park, leisure, or similar operations.
- Proven experience in multi-location / regional operations management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent operational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, revenue management, cost control, and operational KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams in a fast-paced environment.
