Role Description
The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. This position involves overseeing daily operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring smooth store management, optimizing customer service strategies, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring store performance, implementing operational standards, and fostering team development to enhance overall store efficiency and productivity.

- Expertise in operational planning, process optimization, and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation with a focus on ensuring exceptional shopping experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail operations management, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office tools
- Willingness to travel regionally to oversee store locations
