About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead our multi-site operations and spearhead our expansion across Gujarat. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistent growth, and the successful launch of new branch locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Multi-Site Operations Leadership: Direct daily operations across branches in Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and Jamnagar, ensuring seamless functioning and performance consistency.
• Strategic Branch Expansion: Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of new branch locations in the Rajkot region, managing planning, staffing, and operational readiness.
• SOP Development & Implementation: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalability, efficiency, and high service standards across all sites.
• Team Leadership & Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment and onboarding efforts; mentor and train teams to align with company processes and culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align operational execution with regional business objectives and growth strategies.
• Quality Assurance & Escalations: Manage critical customer escalations and conduct regular field supervision to ensure on-ground compliance and service excellence.
Requirements
• Proven experience in managing multi-branch operations and field teams.
• Strong track record in branch setup, staff recruitment, and training.
• Ability to develop and audit scalable operational processes (SOPs).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel: Ability to travel as required to supervise operations across Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and Jamnagar.
