Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Operations Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within the region, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include managing regional teams, implementing strategic plans, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cost efficiency. The role also involves regular communication with clients, addressing concerns, and driving the achievement of performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising regional teams and driving performance
- Proficiency in operations planning, process optimization, and resource allocation
- Data analysis and performance evaluation skills to monitor key performance indicators
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and client interactions
- Understanding of cash logistics, financial services, and technology solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and travel within the region as required
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
