Role Description The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with a mix of on-site presence at multiple outlets and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and coordination tasks. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned stores, ensuring consistent food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and adherence to brand guidelines. The Regional Operations Manager will lead and support store managers, plan staffing and schedules, coordinate training, and drive employee engagement and performance. They will monitor sales, costs, and profitability, analyze operational data, and implement action plans to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall results. The role also includes managing vendor relationships, overseeing inventory and waste control, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting new store openings or process rollouts within the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-unit or regional operations management in QSR, casual dining, or retail, with strong skills in store oversight, process implementation, and performance tracking.
- People management and leadership abilities, including coaching, team development, conflict resolution, and the ability to build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Operational planning and organizational skills, including scheduling, inventory oversight, cost control, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with strengths in service quality, guest issue resolution, and maintaining consistent brand experience across locations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and operational data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with store teams, senior management, and external vendors, both on-site and remotely.
- Comfort using basic digital tools and reporting systems for operations tracking, documentation, and remote coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in food service operations will also be considered.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region, work flexible hours, and be present on weekends or peak business periods as needed.
