Role & responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including conducting screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Respond to customer and partner enquiries through calls, chats, and emails while maintaining professional, courteous, and effective communication.
- Understand customer and partner requirements, identify concerns, and provide appropriate solutions, guidance, or assistance in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups until successful resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client interactions, resolutions, and updates while delivering excellent support and ensuring seamless operational processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Malayalam along with good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office
