Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional O&M Service Manager, based in Aurangabad with some flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for solar energy systems, manage regional projects, lead a team of technicians and engineers, and ensure optimal performance of solar power installations. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Maintenance specific to the solar energy sector, with at least 5-6 years of experience in Solar O&M.
- Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of regional O&M projects.
- Experience in Team Management, with strong leadership and people management skills to guide and motivate technical staff.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards in solar energy operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
