We are hiring for 100% remote work-from-home Regional Managers, specifically targeting Regional Position professionals in Media Sales and Advertisement Sales who have left the workforce due to marriage, family, disability, age, or other reasons and wish to re-enter Regional Roles while working purely from home, with no need for physical meetings.
Key Qualification details include:
- Candidates must have a genuine reason/need for working from home.
- Candidates must not currently reside in metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, etc.
- Be prepared for a reduction in last drawn fixed salary, as this is a purely work-from-home position.
- Good Media Sales Regional experience or National Experience is a must and is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Age and Gender is no barrier.
- Health and Life Insurance, along with other perks, will be provided.
- An AI aptitude test will be necessary.
- A laptop and broadband connection at home are essential.
- Must be willing to work full time from home and should not be looking for part time work
Role Summary
As a Regional Sales manager (Work‐From‐Home but 9 to 6), you will be responsible for Managing the regional teams to make sure Annual Sales targets are achieved
Role Description
- Although it is work from home you would be expected to work regular working hours
- Drive and develop media sales revenue through managing sales teams.
- Help and guide sales teams with business closures and online meetings
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline; forecast new-business closure rates and booked revenue accurately
