Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager (India & Southeast Asia)
Location: India (with responsibility across SEA markets)

Reports To: Head of Marketing / VP Marketing
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead product marketing initiatives across India and Southeast Asia (SEA). This role will be responsible for driving market growth, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering impactful go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse regional audiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with creative storytelling and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities across India and SEA markets through data-driven insights
- Manage regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI
2. Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and trends
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategy
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure strong product-market fit
3. Messaging & Positioning
- Define and refine product positioning tailored to regional markets
- Craft compelling messaging frameworks that differentiate offerings
4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for product launches and feature releases
- Ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels
- Drive adoption and market penetration across regions
5. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels
- Generate demand, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth
6. Content & Sales Enablement
- Oversee creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets
- Equip sales teams with tools, training materials, and competitive insights
- Support regional sales teams to improve conversion and pipeline growth
7. Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure campaign and product marketing effectiveness
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
8. Customer Advocacy
- Build and nurture customer advocacy programs
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product management, sales, and leadership teams
- Align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals
10. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams across geographies
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 6–10+ years of experience in product marketing or regional marketing roles
- Proven experience managing multi-country marketing initiatives (India & SEA preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies
- Experience in GTM planning, campaign management, and brand positioning
