Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Marketing Manager – Central India to drive school partnerships, institutional outreach, and business expansion across the region. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking capabilities within the school ecosystem and have prior experience in marketing/promoting educational or school-focused programs/products.
This role requires someone who is energetic, presentable, relationship-driven, and passionate about transforming education through innovative programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with schools, principals, trustees, and academic leaders across Central India
- Promote educational programs, training initiatives, and institutional partnership opportunities
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with school decision-makers
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations for schools
- Drive regional marketing and brand visibility initiatives
- Coordinate and support partnership closures and onboarding activities
- Maintain regular follow-ups and strong institutional relationships
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and regional growth opportunities
- Submit regular reports on meetings, pipeline, and business progress
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in school product marketing / education marketing / EdTech sales
- Strong existing network and connect with schools and educational institutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Smart, confident, and professionally presentable personality
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Central India
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
