Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager Sales, based in Ludhiana. The Regional Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in their region. They will manage a team of sales professionals, build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves direct engagement with clients, preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and coordination with the management team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills
- Team leadership and performance management experience
- Proficiency in sales tools, reports preparation, and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or engineering industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
