Job Title: Regional Head - Sales
Roles and Responsibilities -
● Overseeing end-to-end sales operations for vacant and new properties, ensuring
seamless execution through teams and team leaders.
● Driving lead conversion by managing and optimizing company-provided data
and marketing-generated leads.
● Supervising and guiding teams to generate and conduct client site visits
efficiently, ensuring high engagement and client satisfaction.
● Monitoring and supporting negotiations between buyers and sales teams,
ensuring successful deal closures.
● Setting and tracking performance goals for team leaders and sales executives
to achieve weekly targets of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per team member.
● Developing and implementing sales strategies to improve conversion rates
and overall regional performance.
● Providing training, mentorship, and performance reviews to enhance team
productivity and professional growth.
● Ensuring compliance with company policies, market regulations, and best sales
practices
Skills Required -
● Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.
● Proficiency in both Hindi & English and local language is an
advantage.
● Proficiency in using Excel for daily operations
● Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
● Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience -
● A graduate from any discipline is preferred
● Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience handling large teams
● Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
