Role Summary:
NoBrokerHood is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Brand Partnerships & Alliances to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with national brands. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, ad sales, and execution of ATL & BTL campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth through national brands and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing partners
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for ad sales
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, closure, and execution
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth campaign planning and delivery
• Manage ATL & BTL campaign partnerships across multiple categories
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
• Experience in Ad Sales / Brand Partnerships / Media Sales
• Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Good network with agencies and national brands
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities
• Target-driven mindset with proven revenue generation experience
