Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Manager our Optical division for Telangana region, based on-site in Hyderabad. The Regional Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and manage optical inventory control across multiple locations. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, optimizing customer service standards, and driving sales performance. The role also requires effective coordination with other departments to implement operational improvements and ensure the smooth functioning of optical centers across the designated region.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional patient experience and effectively address concerns.
- Experience in Inventory Control for efficient stock management and ensuring the availability of optical products.
- Proficiency in Training employees to enhance team performance and align operations with organizational goals.
- Basic understanding of Optics or technical knowledge related to optical equipment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple centers and teams successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the optical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
