Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Manager for our Distribution Business to be based on-site in Calicut/Ernakulam, Kerala, India. In this role, you will oversee operations across the region, manage and expand dealer networks, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to optimize distribution efficiencies, leading and mentoring a team, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for seamless operations. Monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities will also be a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, distribution, and dealer network management
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation competencies
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing actionable strategies
- Ability to manage operational challenges and ensure smooth logistics
- Familiarity with the automotive spares industry or related fields is an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Preference for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
