Currently, we are executing a Diabetes Education & Support Program on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical client to improve patient outcomes and awareness.
Job Overview:The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of the diabetes education program, managing field teams, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The role requires a combination of operational excellence, team leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure successful program delivery and expansion. Key Responsibilities:1. Program Execution & Operations
- Lead on-ground execution of the diabetes education and support program
- Ensure smooth coordination of activities across assigned locations
- Align program delivery with client objectives and timelines
2. Team Management & Development
- Manage, guide, and support Diabetes Educators
- Plan schedules, assign territories, and monitor field activities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training support
3. Doctor & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and clinics
- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and improve program effectiveness
- Ensure high-quality patient engagement and counselling standards
4. Program Expansion & Business Development
- Identify new locations and opportunities for program growth
- Support onboarding and hiring of new Diabetes Educators
- Drive initiatives to increase program reach and impact
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track performance metrics and ensure achievement of program targets
- Prepare and share regular reports with the client
- Highlight challenges, insights, and improvement areas
6. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical marketing, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards
- Support audits and internal reviews
Qualifications:- Education: Graduate in any field (Science background preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or allied industry, with team handling experience
Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Good understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- Excellent planning and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple locations
Work Conditions:- Full-time field-based role
- Regular visits to clinics and hospitals
- Frequent travel across assigned region
- Flexibility to work on weekends/holidays as required
