Role Description
We are seeking a Regional Manager for Broiler Operations to oversee day-to-day regional activities, ensure efficient operations, and manage performance to meet business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India. Responsibilities include managing poultry operations and production processes, monitoring performance metrics, developing and mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve regional production targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Poultry Management and Broiler Production processes, including a strong understanding of quality and safety standards
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in mentoring and managing teams effectively
- Problem-solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze operational issues and implement efficient solutions
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Capability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively convey operational goals
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Industry Best Practices is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to be based in Gujarat, India and work on-site
