Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager based in Jabalpur. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches in the assigned region, ensuring financial targets are met, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, developing strategies for growth, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting the professional development of team members. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and oversee diverse teams effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational planning capabilities to drive business growth and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and build strong professional relationships.
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to address operational challenges and enhance efficiency.
- Experience in microfinance, rural development, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic financial reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and adapt to local needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
