Role Description
The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and driving business operations across the assigned region for Sparsha Pharma’s Pain Management portfolio. The role involves managing sales performance, mentoring field teams, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring achievement of regional business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and monitor sales teams across the assigned region
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional business targets
- Develop strong relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, KOLs, and Healthcare Professionals
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the pain management portfolio
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Conduct field visits, team reviews, and performance evaluations
- Ensure effective territory coverage and business expansion
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists for smooth product availability
- Organize CMEs, product promotions, and scientific engagement activities
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and regional plans
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Any Graduate
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with team handling exposure
- Prior experience in Pain Management / Critical Care / Specialty Pharma preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to drive business growth and manage regional operations effectively
