Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for the role of Regional Manager at Primus Remedies Pvt Ltd. The Regional Manager will oversee and manage regional operations and sales, develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue targets, and lead a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, strengthening client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role also involves conducting training sessions, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, set objectives, and track progress towards regional targets.
- Sales and Market Expertise: Strong skills in sales planning, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with products in the fields of diabetes, metabolic disorders, and other healthcare-related areas is preferred.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of interpreting sales data and making data-driven decisions to foster business growth.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend events, and oversee regional operations.
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role, particularly in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, is highly advantageous.
