Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Regional Manager. The selected candidate will oversee regional operations, develop and manage local teams, and coordinate tasks to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying newsworthy stories, building relationships with local reporters, ensuring smooth communication across regions, and assisting with content quality management.
Qualifications
- Team Leadership and Coordination skills, with experience managing workflows
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building abilities to work with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Content Management and Quality Assurance to maintain high editorial standards
- Research, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills to identify newsworthy opportunities
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, plus familiarity with online news trends
- Adaptability for working in a fast-paced and remote environment
- Additional language skills, especially Bengali, are advantageous
- Interest or experience in journalism, media, or similar fields is preferred
