Job Title: Regional Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Manager will oversee the Pharmaceutical sales operations within a designated region, driving sales growth and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong managerial skills to lead a team and achieve sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct sales forecasting and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications And Requirements

- 5-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales management and team leadership.
